Why do a Blog?

A few years ago a friend of mine started a blog online and to be honest I thought it was kind of egotistical - all about him. However over time I have come to appreciate that there might be other more useful reasons for writing one.

So this is going to be an ongoing record of my journey, thoughts, ideas, inspiration and discoveries to do with creativity and art. Should you choose to read it, it will be more about the above than about me or my daily life.
